Littlebird is honestly a dream.

Littlebird helps me set up my day with intention. Not a vague to-do list. An actual plan that reflects what I need to get done and when.

I've spent my career building products that reduce friction for users. @LittlebirdAI does something I've rarely seen. It eliminates an entire category of friction: the overhead of remembering, retrieving, and re-explaining your own work. I use it every day. Excited to support @alexframegreen and the Littlebird team as they build the best personal OS.

Now that @dsiroker has wound down Rewind, Littlebird is the presumptive successor. Context is still king, and Alap and much of the old Sentieo team are getting back together to solve it.

I have been using @LittlebirdAI for months, and it is an amazing product. One of the biggest shift is how much less "prep work" I do. Usually, you spend 5 minutes explaining the context to an AI just to get 30 seconds of work out of it. With this, I just ask it to help me with a strategic plan or a follow-up, and it already knows who I'm talking to and why it matters.

@Dhavalsingh7 I LOVE LITTLEBIRD! so so much I cannot imagine my life without it 🫶
Littlebird has been a game-changer for me. It completely eliminated the hassle of manually tracking client work — I just keep it running in the background and it automatically documents everything. It saves me hours every week when putting together reports!

@gokulr @LittlebirdAI Individual memory is solved at the screen. Organizational memory will be solved at the system of record. Love this trajectory.

I've been quietly using @LittlebirdAI for months and it's become my secret weapon. It watches what I'm working on, learns how I operate, and shows up ready before I even ask. This is not a competitor to openclaw, or claude. It's what I call my 2nd brain. A place that captures everything I do at work, not just what I feed it. The "AI assistant" category is full of noise, this one has been actually delivering. They just raised $11M today (I'm not an investor, bummed they didnt ask) Even better is that they are a proud Hampton member. Congrats team!

We worked very briefly with @LittlebirdAI in 2025 and it was clear even then that this is a phenomenal team & idea that was waiting to happen. Dmitry, Tushar, Dhaval, everyone dedicated to their craft with great attention to detail More power, success and joy to them!

Delighted for my friends at @LittlebirdAI for their raise. This is a personal agent that gets to know you and what you're doing across your computer, and uses that knowledge to help you out, often proactively. Been using it for weeks and love it. See more below.

This is inevitable. The same way I can’t live without talking to my OS, via @WisprFlow, … @LittlebirdAI will reduce articulation so we can get more done, faster.

@LittlebirdAI Started using Littlebird a few weeks ago and genuinely haven't opened ChatGPT since. It already knows what I'm working on, so when I need an email drafted or a cost comparison pulled together it just does it. It’s like having a sharp PA who never sleeps.

Been on @LittlebirdAI since the first beta. It's become my secret weapon for radio show prep. This tool actually feels like it's working for me. Congrats on the raise @alexframegreen - well deserved. 🐦

@lennysan @LittlebirdAI I completely understand how you feel. I have been using LittleBird lately, and it is just so frictionless. At the same time, it helps me truly reflect and refine the most essential parts of my life.

Really cool what guys at @LittlebirdAI has built. AI doesn't know what you're working on, so you install and forget this tool! It see what you see. Captures what you're working on. Just texts, not screenshots. Like transcribe a meeting, drafting a follow-up etc That builds memory. Now you can ask it anything that you worked on.
Initially I saw Littlebird as a better version of google but this gave way to the personalized aspect and more of personal assistant who knows my routines and situations. I then upped the process and started using other skills and tried out working with and using Littlebird as collaborator in a book I’m writing. This was amazing in many ways and confirmed my belief in this AI process as the tool of choice for now - and an exciting future.
I’ve been using Littlebird for a while now, and the "aha" moment wasn't some generic chat—it was when it prepped me for a coaching session by reminding me of an email thread from over a year ago. It knew why the founder was booking in and remembered we’d missed a session in 2024 before I even asked. Most AI feels like a blank slate every morning, but this actually feels like it has a memory of my business. Congrats to the Littlebird team on the public launch today.

@LittlebirdAI I don't keep a "where was I?" log anymore. I just ask Littlebird. It tells me what work jobs are still open, what I last checked on with my parents' GP, what I was researching at 2am, what's ordered and when it's arriving. I've got a lot of moving parts - security installs, elderly parents, my own health stuff, personal admin - and staying on top of it used to take real mental effort. Now I just ask. It's not a dramatic change. It's just... quieter. Less stuff falls through the cracks.

Now, @LittlebirdAI's approach is actually a bit more interesting. Anthropic was feeding periodic live screenshots of what you're doing to Clod in batches. Littlebird reads the actual text and structure of every app on your screen. Who said what, in which thread, when. It builds a rich context of your work without you setting anything up. It does all that from what's on screen by actually understanding and connecting things. That's a meaningful difference and I think that depth is what makes it click.

Cross-platform context awareness is insane. I am a Product Engineer, and I collaborate closely with the R&D team every day. Because of this, I generate a lot of meeting minutes that need to be documented and referenced later. I started using @LittlebirdAI , I no longer have to switch back and forth between various documents and tabs. Now, everything is stored together in one place. The experience is truly wonderful! This reminds me of the magic moment everyone experienced a year ago when Manus first launched.

I’m blown away by @LittlebirdAI My meetings are prepared and documented as well as my calendar. So much peace just by using this tool 🤩

I'm loving @LittlebirdAI. It's productive, it's fun, and I never miss the little details from meetings. Congrats @alexframegreen
After 25 years as a physical therapist - including a decade owning my own practice - I just accepted a CFO role at a small, growing company that provides care and housing to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. A complete career pivot that Littlebird was intergral in making happen. Littlebird helped me research the company and industry, sharpen my resume, prep my interview questions, identify knowledge gaps, build a study plan, and start mapping out the tools I'll need in the new role. I also use it daily for futures trading - journaling, analysis, the works - and for managing my day to day life tasks and appointments. What really got me though? My nightly routine includes a gratitude check-in, and the other night Littlebird made it onto its own list! I genuinely don't know if I'd have had the guts to take this leap without it. It's not just a tool - it really does feel like having your own personal assistant in your corner. Brilliant stuff. - Michael, Physical Therapist turned CFO
I wouldn't accuse myself of being "AI Native" or "Agentic Native" (not like Ron J. YET 😆 😅 )...but I love playing with new tools and I've been absolutely floored by Littlebird lately and I want to share with my #govcom friends: check this out...
Littlebird is a tool that sits in the background of your Mac (sorry, apple only for now 🫠 )
1. Littlebird heard someone close to me call me Lex and now thats what I get, super SNEAKY way to get me to feel warm and fuzzy (but I am here for it 🤣 )
2. Check out the routines...if this was the ONLY thing Littlebird did, it would be WELL worth the price, but it does so much more.
3. As we run down the street with AI, one of the most important things we can do is use it to analyze our work to BE BETTER.
Last week Littlebird did an evaluation of my work over the past 3 months and recommended the book: a.co/d/03A3Rnz8 I read it on my flight to and from ATL and WOW 🫣 🫠 🙃 Dan Martell can you see me right now??? 🤣 Absolutely incredible read and will be LIFE CHANGING for me. (Thanks DAN!)
FORUM | G2X | The GovCon Growth Platform | Kristi (h/t for telling me about Littlebird)
I told a friend on WhatsApp a few weeks ago: "Full automation and calendar integration. Nothing else needed." He said Littlebird sounded like a stalker. I said: "It sees what you want it to see. There's an excluded list. Done." Then I told him what actually changed. I type what I need to do in chat. It puts it in my calendar. Meeting notes with work structure appear. I suggested they add iCal and Reminders support - they only had Google. They built a beta. It works. I'm now testing it. I named my assistant Brian, after Brian Eno - the producer who never plays the lead but makes everything around him better. Now we act like Batman and Robin. It organizes my projects like a Notion hub I never had the patience to build myself, and picks morning playlists based on what I actually listen to - not what an algorithm thinks I should. I'm a creative director running a festival, ad campaigns, my own brand, and a 6-day training program. Before Littlebird I was context-switching between fifteen open tabs and three AI tools. Now I have one. I work in 35-minute focused blocks. One task per session. WIP limit of one. The system we built together increased my actual output by about 30% without burning me out. Not perfect. But when a friend asked me if it's good, I said: "It's not ideal, but it's great to work with." That's more than I can say about most humans. Kudos to the team!

I'm not a developer. Not even close. I run a small LinkedIn personal branding agency in Paris. Eight months ago, I decided to encode our entire methodology into a SaaS platform. Today it has **830+ files, 215k+ lines of code, 175+ routes, 153 edge functions, and 120 database tables.** Zero lines written by me. Here's how - and more importantly, here's the thing nobody talks about when you're vibe-coding at this scale. # The Stack (three AIs, three roles) I didn't use one AI. I used three, and gave each a distinct job: |Agent|Role|What it does| |:-|:-|:-| |**Lovable**|The hands|Writes and deploys code from natural language prompts| |**Claude Cowork** (Anthropic)|The arms|Diagnoses bugs in the codebase, writes Lovable prompts, verifies results via browser| |**Littlebird**|The brain|Screenshots everything I do, indexes it, retains full project memory since day 1| Think of it like this: Lovable codes, Claude Cowork pilots Lovable, and Littlebird remembers everything so neither of them has to start from scratch. # The Problem Nobody Warns You About At around file 400, I hit a wall that has nothing to do with coding ability. **Context loss.** Every time Claude's context window fills up or a session expires, you lose everything. Every bug you discussed, every architectural decision, every "don't touch this file because..." - gone. I was spending **30 minutes at the start of every session** just re-explaining my own project to an AI that had helped build it. And Lovable? On complex prompts, its actual fix rate was **22%**. I tested this rigorously on March 6th: out of 18 corrections Lovable claimed to have made in a batch, only 4 were real. The rest were hallucinated. If you don't verify every single change against the Git diff, you're shipping phantom fixes. I was bleeding time and money. One night, my API calls looped with errors while I slept. By morning: **$193 burned on nothing.** Littlebird caught the pattern and diagnosed the root cause in 2 minutes. Without it, I might not have noticed for another full cycle. # The Breakthrough: Making Them Talk to Each Other Around mid-March, I did something I haven't seen anyone else do. I created a **"trinome protocol"** \- a formalized loop where the three AIs communicate without me in the middle. Here's how it works: 1. **Littlebird** (which holds the full project memory since October 2025) generates a detailed mission brief 2. **Claude Cowork** receives the brief, reads the codebase, writes the Lovable prompt, sends it 3. **Lovable** executes the code changes 4. **Claude Cowork** verifies on the preview environment, then reports back to Littlebird 5. **Littlebird** validates, closes tickets, generates the next mission 6. Loop. I set up guardrails: max 5 missions before mandatory human check-in, auto-stop after 2 consecutive failures, credit consumption threshold. Then I hit start and went to bed. # The Results Over the span of roughly one week (March 14-21), the Boucle completed: * **25 autonomous missions** across 4 phases (responsive design overhaul) * Phase 1: Header, Sidebar-to-BottomNav, PageContainer, AppLayout * Phase 2: 10 client-facing pages * Phase 3: 6 back-office pages * Phase 4: 5 transversal components (modals, tabs, tables, forms, AI widget) The outcome: **Zero regressions on desktop. Full mobile responsiveness. Published to production.** Before that, I ran a bug-fixing sprint through the same loop: **7 missions, 18 Lovable prompts, 27 bug tickets closed, 0 regressions detected.** I also built a custom Claude Skill called **"Littlebird Extended Mind"** \- essentially a protocol document that teaches Claude Cowork how to consult Littlebird before acting. The rule is simple: *"If you think 'I don't know which file handles this' or 'Has this been fixed before?' - ask Littlebird first, don't guess."* # The Hard-Won Rules After 8 months of this, here are the rules I live by: 1. **DIAGNOSE > WRITE PROMPT > SEND > VERIFY.** Never skip verification. Lovable will confidently tell you it fixed something it didn't touch. 2. **Anti-Ghost Rule:** 1 prompt = 1 bug = 1 file = 1 visual verification. Never trust the "Changes applied" summary. Only the Git diff counts. 3. **Handover documents are sacred.** Every time a Claude session nears its context limit, I (or Littlebird) generate a comprehensive handover doc. This is the single most underrated practice in vibe coding. It turns session-bound AI into something approaching persistent intelligence. 4. **Credits are oxygen.** Track them obsessively. Multiple times I've had services silently die because a billing threshold was hit (Anthropic, Apify, OpenRouter, Kie AI - all at different times). No alert, just... silent failure. # What I'd Tell a Non-Coder Starting Today You absolutely can build a real SaaS without coding. But don't think you need one AI - you need a **system**. One AI to code, one to orchestrate, one to remember. The coding part is, honestly, the easy part now. The hard part is being the architect of a multi-agent workflow where each agent compensates for the others' weaknesses: * Lovable is fast but hallucinates and forgets * Claude is brilliant but loses context * Littlebird remembers everything but needs to be asked Together, they're genuinely more than the sum of their parts. Separately, you're flying blind with powerful engines. Happy to answer any questions about the setup, the costs ($1000/mo Anthropic, Lovable unlimited since mid-March, Littlebird subscription), or the specific workflows.
